Description
The Vogue series (Reverse Flow) of modern ceiling/wall mounted fans is suitable for domestic, commercial and light industrial applications. It includes quick fitting swing locks that keep the fan in place in suspended ceilings or plasterboard walls and ceilings, while extra holes are provided for fixing to brick or concrete.
Construction
The fan housing is manufactured from ABS plastic. The grille can be easily cleaned while installed, or readily removed by taking out the screw and giving the grille a simple twist and pull.
Motors
Type - external rotor, squirrel cage induction motor.
Electricity supply - 220-240V, single-phase, 50/60Hz.
Bearings - sealed-for-life, ball.
Speed-controllable.
Motor protection IP44.

Internal Thermal Protection
Auto-reset type fitted as standard on all sizes.
Testing
Air flow tests to ISO5801:2004
Noise tests to BS848:Part 2, 1985.
Special Note
Derate the air flow by at least 20% if the air flow direction
is reversed.
Not suitable for mounting above cook tops in kitchen
applications.

Suggested Specification
The fans shall be of the Vogue Series designed and manufactured by Fantech Pty. Ltd.
The axial impellers shall be direct-driven by speed-controllable external rotor motors with integral thermal protection.
The impellers shall be manufactured from galvanised steel with
a powder coat finish.
All models shall be fully tested to ISO5801:2004 for air flow and
BS848:Part 2, 1985 for noise.
